Question 1

Do you make fully custom jewelry, or do you use existing designs?

Accepted Answer

Every custom piece is designed from scratch around your vision, your stones, and your story. We start with a consultation, move to sketches and CAD models, and finish with hand-fabrication at the bench. Nothing is pulled from a catalog.

Question 2

Can I use my own diamonds or gemstones in a new design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Resetting heirloom or customer-supplied stones is one of our specialties. We inspect each stone for integrity before setting it and discuss setting options for its shape and condition.

Question 3

What is the lead time for a custom piece?

Accepted Answer

Custom orders require approximately 4 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity and stone sourcing. We provide a clearer timeline at the consultation.

Question 4

Do you work in gold and platinum only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work exclusively in gold and platinum for durability and longevity.

Question 7

Can you set a larger center stone I already own?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build custom settings around customer-supplied center stones, including larger diamonds and gemstones. Bring the stone and any certification to your consultation.
