Soak your ring in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 20–30 minutes. Use a soft-bristle toothbrush to gently scrub around the setting and prongs, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. This simple routine keeps your diamond sparkling between professional cleanings.
When to Take It Off
Remove your jewelry before applying lotions, perfumes, or hairspray — these leave a film that dulls brilliance over time. Take rings off before swimming (chlorine weakens gold alloys), gardening, or any heavy lifting. A little habit goes a long way toward protecting your setting and metal.
Professional Cleaning
We recommend bringing your piece in once a year for a professional ultrasonic cleaning and prong inspection. Over time, daily wear can loosen prongs slightly — catching this early prevents stone loss. Our in-house service takes minutes and keeps your investment secure.
Storing Your Jewelry
Store pieces individually in soft pouches or a fabric-lined jewelry box to prevent scratching. Diamonds are the hardest natural material and will scratch other metals and stones if they touch. Keep white gold and platinum pieces separate from yellow gold to avoid color transfer.
