Because we handcraft each piece to order, our return and refund policy reflects the custom nature of our work.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom designs and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are non-refundable once fabrication has begun. If a concern arises with your custom piece, please contact us — we stand behind our craftsmanship and will address any manufacturing issues.
Repairs & Restoration
Repair work is performed to professional standards. If you are not satisfied with a repair, please bring it to our attention promptly so we can make it right. Repair deposits are applied to the completed work.
Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled before fabrication begins. Any design work or materials already purchased on your behalf may be non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Deposits
Deposits on custom orders are applied toward the final cost of your piece and are generally non-refundable once materials are sourced or fabrication has started.
