Shipping & Handling Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Most of our work is handcrafted to order and picked up in person. This policy explains how we handle delivery when needed.

In-Person Pickup

The majority of our custom pieces are picked up in person at our Burlington workshop. This allows us to present your finished piece, confirm the fit, and answer any questions directly.

Insured Shipping

When shipping is needed, we ship fully insured via a trackable, signature service. Shipping costs and arrangements are confirmed with you before any item is sent. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for high-value pieces.

Lead Times

Custom orders require approximately 4 weeks to complete, plus shipping time when applicable. We will provide a clearer timeline at your consultation and keep you informed throughout the process.

Receiving Your Piece

For shipped pieces, please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any concerns so we can assist promptly.
